White Acres Independent Living in El Paso, TX is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure safe, comfortable living for residents. You will perform routine safety inspections, upkeep of electrical and mechanical systems, and respond to work orders to keep the facility running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures.

Responsabilités

• Performs regular, scheduled safety inspections.
• Follows Life Safety and Preventative Maintenance tasks as required.
• Prepares a monthly schedule for preventive maintenance.
• Maintains records of maintenance activities including replacement parts and materials used.
• Picks up work order requests daily and tracks them electronically via the TELS system.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs as required.
• Checks light bulbs, temperature, and safety systems to ensure proper operation.
