Brightview Senior Living, LLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician who can fix faucets, replace light fixtures, paint, and help implement safety protocols for our residents.

You will respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff, clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents, ensure proper storage of supplies, monitor the community and grounds for safety, and support team members in setting up activities.

Qualifications

• Prior Maintenance, Housekeeping and/or Janitorial experience.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• Enjoy staying busy with a variety of tasks.
• You're the go-to person when something needs fixing.

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of maintenance repairs (faucets, light fixtures, painting, safety protocols).
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of maintenance supplies.
• Monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure proper and safe maintenance.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
