Presbyterian Homes & Services -Marvella is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for its team in Saint Paul, MN. The role reports to the Environmental Services Director.

The position offers hourly pay in the range of $19.75 to $22.64. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining facilities and grounds to keep residents safe and comfortable, with duties spanning floor care, moves, remodeling, painting, and landscape care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to job as defined by site requirements.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, follow directions and work under supervision.
• Professional image and service orientation to all customers.
• Compatibility with PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with customers.

Responsabilités

• Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment per regulations and policies.
• Maintain an attractive campus appearance in line with PHS design intent.
• Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by site leadership.
• Assignments may include floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, building maintenance, customer requests, landscape care, snow removal, pools and other projects.
