Providence Life Services’ Park Place of Elmhurst, a nonprofit five-star senior living community, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep facilities safe and comfortable for residents. This entry-level role supports grounds, building systems, and equipment upkeep across our 16-acre campus near Endeavor Health Elmhurst Hospital.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position.
• Experience diagnosing or repairing electronic ignition systems for heaters/furnaces/hot water heaters is a plus.
• High School diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow maintenance schedules and coordinate with nursing during routine tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are well-maintained for resident comfort.
• Adhere to safety precautions with tools and equipment.
• Inspect buildings and systems to identify repairs and improvements.
