The Salvation Army Great Lakes Division is seeking a Maintenance Technician to guarantee the functionality and safety of building systems. You will oversee HVAC, alarms, and perform various maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with regulations, and respond to emergencies as needed.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the functionality and safety of the building's systems and infrastructure. This role includes overseeing HVAC units, alarms, fire suppression, and other critical systems, performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, responding to building emergencies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
