Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to perform routine mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs onsite at our Milwaukee-area facility. You will assist with troubleshooting equipment failures and ensure smooth shift-to-shift transitions while strictly following safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience and basic troubleshooting capability, with a strong focus on reliability and adherence to safety standards in a fully onsite

Qualifications

• 2–3 years mechanical repair experience.
• Basic troubleshooting capability.
