Qualifications

• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

This is an on-site position. Savannah Gardens is an affordable apartment community for senior citizens in Savannah, GA.

Pay:$20-21/hour, dependent on experience.
