Job summary

JCB North America is seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment at our San Antonio facility. The role includes structured training to build core maintenance and engineering capabilities and to contribute to safe, reliable production.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, engineering or technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• Record maintenance activities, repairs and inspections accurately.
• Support installation, commissioning and testing of new equipment.
• Work with production, engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for reliability and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, engineering or technical roles
