Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team on site at the Treasure Island property. You will perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance to keep all hotel equipment in good working order.

You will support the Chief Engineer, ensure safety standards, provide courteous service to guests and staff, and collaborate across departments. The role requires knowledge of emergency procedures and adherence to Job Safety Analysis guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel or similar facilities equipment.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety standards and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician!

Responsibilities:

• As a maintenance tech on our engineering team you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards
• Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides
