Job summary

Chimes is seeking a maintenance associate to perform a variety of maintenance activities, address safety concerns, assist skilled trades, and keep tools and equipment in good working order at the job site.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, compassion for people with disabilities, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include completing tasks on time, documenting repair status, and coordinating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Six months maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard maintenance methods and tools.
• Safety practices and procedures awareness.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks safely and timely.
• Install system components and office equipment.
• Repair furniture and build system components.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Transport tools and materials.
• Document repair status and activity logs.
• Maintain building grounds and perform landscaping.
