Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational

Position Summary

Anderson Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations across our residential behavioral health program.

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for youth and staff. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hands-on technician with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across a variety of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
