Position Summary
Anderson Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations across our residential behavioral health program.
This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for youth and staff. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hands-on technician with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across a variety of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational
- Support basic grounds maintenance and upkeep as needed
- Assist with equipment setup, minor installations, and facility improvements
- Maintain organized records of completed work and maintenance activities
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience
- Experience with general trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry) preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years old
