Job summary

Anderson Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations across our residential behavioral health program. You will perform routine maintenance to keep environments safe for youth and staff.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, ability to work independently, and a commitment to quality. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks and participate in inspections and basic grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience.
  • Experience with general trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.
  • Support basic grounds maintenance and upkeep as needed.
  • Assist with equipment setup, minor installations, and facility improvements.
  • Maintain organized records of completed work and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
