Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience required, with hand tools and electrical equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems; ability to perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Replace light bulbs and perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Service heating and cooling units/systems per manufacturer specs and policies.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner and report incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing staff when working in resident living areas.
• Assist with other duties as directed by supervisor or administrator.
