Job summary

Harmony Foundation, Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to maintain our buildings, grounds, equipment, and campus, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff who depend on it daily.

You will troubleshoot repairs, replace fixtures, assist with HVAC and plumbing, perform carpentry and painting, manage snow removal, and ensure tools and spaces are kept in good condition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of basic maintenance or repair experience.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license when driving for Harmony business.
• Ability to adjust your schedule and work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and completing general building repairs.
• Replacing lights, switches, outlets, fixtures, ballasts, and fuses.
• Assisting with HVAC maintenance and changing filters.
• Basic plumbing repairs and clearing drains.
• Carpentry, painting, landscaping, and campus upkeep.
• Installing and repairing locks, doors, and windows.
• Assisting with snow removal.
• Maintaining lawn equipment and vehicles.
• Safely using power tools and equipment.
• Moving and organizing supplies, furniture, and equipment.
• Completing maintenance work orders accurately and on time.
• Spotting potential safety issues before they become bigger problems.
• Providing backup support to Security when needed.
