USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a new 284-unit family community in Roseville, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and is a non-exempt, Monday–Friday position with on-call flexibility. Starting pay ranges from $26.00 to $27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The technician will maintain the community's physical integrity, ensuring safety and security for residents, visitors, and staff, and perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in property maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and electrical repair skills.
• Light carpentry and painting abilities.
• Experience with unit turns and glass/screen replacements.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times.
• Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Carry out duties in a safe manner and report to the Community Manager.
• Handle maintenance responsibilities as assigned by the Community Manager.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our new 284 Unit Family Community located in Roseville, CA. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Community Manager. JOB SUMMARY
