USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician for 4 communities in Simi Valley & Moorpark, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime and weekend work. Starting pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

The technician will perform plumbing/electrical repairs, light carpentry, painting, unit turns, and related tasks to maintain property standards and safety for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills are desirable.

We are seeking a floating Maintenance Technician for 4 communities located in Simi Valley & Moorpark, CA. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Community Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule; some flexibility will be required to accommodate the occasional need to work overtime and weekends. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience, starting at $24 to $26 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is to maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Community Manager. The Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
