Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Specialist to perform daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on injection molding machines and painting line robots, with strong focus on safety and documentation using the CMMS system. A background in automotive manufacturing is preferred, with 1-3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of injection molding machines and painting line robots.
• Solid experience in industrial maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, industrial controls, and robotics maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, painting line robots, automation systems, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures promptly, focusing on injection molding and robotic painting systems.
