Job summary
Cesna Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Specialist to perform daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing in Missouri.
You will service injection molding machines, painting line robots, and automation systems, diagnose faults, enter work orders in the CMMS, and uphold safety protocols.
1-3+ years in industrial maintenance preferred; high school diploma or technical cert; automotive experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven hands‑on experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines and painting line robots.
- Solid overall experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, industrial controls, and robotics programming/maintenance is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, painting line robots, automation systems, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures promptly, with a strong focus on injection molding and robotic painting systems.
- Document all maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts usage accurately using the CMMS.
- Support 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement projects on the production floor.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine guarding procedures.
