Job summary

ATTC Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, install, repair, and maintain machinery and metal fabrication tooling at our on-site facility. You will diagnose issues, dismantle and replace defective components, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently in a brake components production environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with robotics, CNC equipment, and automotive manufacturing, with an associate or trade certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, trade school certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with robotics and CNC machines.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Previous automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Dismantle defective machines and install new or repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts.
• Install and repair electrical components of machinery.
• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs.
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair parts.
• Recommend changes for efficiency through Kaizen activities.
