Job summary

ATS seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to lead expert break-fix and preventative maintenance in a heavy industrial setting. You will diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, and document performance data.

This role requires hands-on work with machinery, electrical and control systems, and may involve travel across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have an engineering mindset, strong tools proficiency, and experience with PLCs and industrial drive systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree with technical focus or 15 years in industry required.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance; locates root causes and repairs parts.
• Identifies and sources parts and repair items; evaluates alternatives for cost/reliability.
• Independently performs maintenance per industry standards and creates maintenance instructions.
