We’re hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician who is hardworking, motivated, and customer service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling routine service requests, preventative and emergency maintenance, capital improvements, tool and equipment maintenance, and seasonal tasks.
• Performing maintenance and repairs on building systems and apartments, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliances, painting/drywall, HVAC, fire and security systems, and elevators.
• Snow removal is mandatory.
• Being on-call for emergencies during evenings and weekends; reliable transportation required.
• Communicating effectively with tenants, vendors, and staff.
• Undergoing standard background checks and drug screening.

• Ability to communicate in English with tenants, emergency providers, and contractors.
• Mechanical aptitude, proper use of tools, physical dexterity.
• Use of a cell phone while on call.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and on-call duties.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport up to 50 lbs, and work in various environments including heights and confined spaces.
