Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and facilities.
• Complete service requests timely and safely.
• Prepare vacant apartments for rent in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident relations by addressing requests and minimizing problems.
• Follow safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with prioritizing service tasks and coordinating with team.
• May drive the company vehicle as required.
• May supervise other staff or contractors.
• Occasional weekend work for events or emergencies.
