Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of repair/maintenance experience required.
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair building systems including mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, floor care, and landscaping tasks.
• Follow maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Report unsafe conditions and maintain clean, organized work areas.
