Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep residential and program facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. In this full-time role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds work.

You’ll complete work orders, conduct safety checks, support unit turns, and respond to urgent repairs, often in housing and care settings serving vulnerable
