The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds. Duties include, but are not limited to: repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances; troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems (lighting, locks, smoke/CO2 alarms, etc.); HVAC systems; painting (interior and exterior); and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep, etc.). The technician must perform all duties in accordance with company policies and safety protocols, supporting the overall objective of meeting client expectations within the operating budget.
Pay: $21 - $23 / Hour
