Position: Maintenance Technician

Reports To: Executive Director

What You’ll Do:

1. Maintain the facility’s appearance and functionality, ensuring all systems operate correctly.
2. Support fire safety, disaster preparedness, and evacuation procedures to ensure safety.
3. Perform repairs such as plumbing, electrical, drywall touch-ups, and painting.
4. Assist with floor care and appliance maintenance to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
5. Manage the Maintenance Log and preventative maintenance schedules effectively.

Who You Are:

• A proactive, energetic individual who works well independently and in a team.
• Physically capable of handling job demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• A detail-oriented problem-solver with repair skills.
• Empathetic and caring, with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable, ready to handle various tasks as needed.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in facility maintenance or related roles.
• Strong English communication skills.
