The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with machinery, ability to read manuals/schematics, and strong teamwork and communication skills. The position offers full-time hourly compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with machinery and facility maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Effective communication with staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and restore machines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Support pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Document work orders and prioritize tasks based on downtime.
• Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain maintenance records in work order systems.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify longer-term improvement opportunities when possible.
