Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in general maintenance or a similar field.
• Skills in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance repair.
• Must pass a background check.
• English and Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.
• Troubleshooting like a detective with a toolbelt.
• Prepping units for new residents (we call it turning them into showstoppers).
• Maintaining property grounds, ensuring safety and curb appeal.
• Assisting in on-call rotations (we share the load like champs).
• Working closely with the on-site manager and property management team
