Job summary

Woodspear Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver, Colorado to maintain 224 units and ensure the upkeep of the property. You will perform repairs, coordinate make-ready turns, and support ongoing operations to deliver a high-quality living experience for residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Handle drywall, texture, and patching repairs with a focus on quality.
• Respond promptly and effectively to service requests, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Complete quality apartment make-ready turns between tenants.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members about maintenance issues.
• Ensure the pool area is well-maintained (CPO certification is a plus).
• Assist with grounds keeping, including snow removal during winter months.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
