Duties include general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry work. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving and customer service skills and the ability to use or learn to use a software app for time and project tracking. Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general interior and exterior maintenance is preferred. HVAC, plumbing, or electrical licensing is a plus.
