Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Bellevue, WA to maintain the property and support daily operations. The role emphasizes timely work orders, preventative maintenance, and attention to detail to preserve the physical integrity of the property.

Compensation ranges from $28 to $30 per hour with bonuses based on property commission structure. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driverA0s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintaining property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors professionally.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
