Job summary

AWI Management Corporation in Fort Bragg, CA, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and possess strong communication skills, ensuring quality maintenance of both building systems and landscaping. Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Performing general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance to ensure building systems remain in good working condition.
• Maintaining the grounds and landscaping to support strong curb appeal.
• Assisting with annual apartment inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
• Working with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies.
• Maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Responding appropriately to emergency maintenance situations.

Skills
