Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Omaha, NE facility. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and protect product quality. You will work onsite across multiple shifts and collaborate with production and maintenance teams.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with industrial maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading, with strong organizational and communication skills. A safety-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
• Maintenance of hydraulics and pneumatics in a production environment.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production lines and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts.
• Set up production lines and equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Contribute to reliability improvements and efficient changeovers.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs; maintain records and documentation.
