Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a General Service Tech to install, repair and maintain gasoline equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and food service equipment across Circle K stores.

The role supports store operations, performs preventive maintenance, and coordinates with vendors to facilitate repairs. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in maintenance or related fields, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of maintenance/telecommunications experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Valid driver's license and insurability as driver
• Manual dexterity and ability to use power and hand tools

Responsibilities

• Maintains fuel equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and maintaining gasoline dispensers and related equipment
• Provides preventive maintenance and testing of fuel systems
• Maintains gas dispensers by changing nozzles, hoses, splashguards, filters, boards and displays
• Maintains and repairs HVAC and refrigeration equipment and performs preventive maintenance on equipment
• Maintains site facilities including equipment, systems and building readiness (doors, plumbing, floors, painting, food service equipment)
• Maintains POS, Frame Relay equipment, and safes by troubleshooting, repairing, and reprogramming equipment
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies to ensure fueling equipment compliance
• Works with supervisors to coordinate repairs with outsourced vendors
• Documents actions and needs to maintain team continuity
• Participates in training for existing and new equipment
• Ensures safe working environment for employees and customers
• Typically completes a standard threshold of work orders per shift
• Performs after-hours on-call service functions
