Job summary

Silgan is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Preventative) to perform preventative maintenance on presses and equipment at our Seymour, Indiana facility. The role emphasizes maintaining a safe work environment, following safety procedures, and proactively diagnosing equipment issues to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow schedules, and work well both independently and in a team.
