Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics, charts, diagrams.
• Ability to use precision measuring devices such as amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions and safety policies, including PPE usage.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on production equipment.
• Repair basic mechanical components and replace parts on machines (bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, switches).
• Observe equipment in operation to locate causes of problems and dismantle devices as needed.
• Lubricate and clean machinery and support equipment to maintain standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and maintain a safe work environment.
