Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and assist with ongoing property maintenance across communities.

Shift hours vary by community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergencies. Typical duties include completing make-ready tasks, processing work orders, maintaining buildings and common areas, and supporting preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
• 32 hours per week at Powers Ridge plus possibly 8 hours on the 5th work day per week, floating to southern properties.
