Job summary

ND Paper’s Langhorne, PA plant seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the box plant running by reducing downtime and boosting reliability. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs and drives, and support production throughput while ensuring safety and quality.

You’ll also train teammates and document activities with CMMS in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical repair skills, reading blueprints, and a commitment to working with a strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years box plant experience preferred.
• Corrugator/Converting experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe execution of maintenance work and maintain safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, AC/DC drives and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
• Read prints, drawings and schematics to guide repairs.
• Train team members and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Move materials and equipment using forklifts and other devices.
• Maintain 5S and proper documentation of maintenance activities.
• Identify root causes and implement cost-effective solutions.
