Job summary

Westrock Coffee seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the Director of Maintenance with continuous improvement across packaging operations. The role requires hands-on diagnostic, planning, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on advanced equipment—servos, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs—and to drive OEE improvements.

Candidates should have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, self-sufficiency, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, pumps, and belts.
• Certification CMT-2 IMI within 6 months of placement.
• Validation as SME on in-house equipment.
• Welding certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, plan, and perform maintenance on complex manufacturing and support equipment, focusing on control systems, servo drives, motors, and PLCs.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans (OEE, Waste, Safety, Food Safety).
• Implement preventive and reactive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
