Job summary

Style Crest Enterprises Inc is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for troubleshooting, set ups, and tear backs to meet downtime targets. You will inspect equipment, dismantle faulty parts, and repair or replace components.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is required (or 8 years related work experience).
Ability to read wiring schematics and diagrams.
Ability to size and wire electrical circuits per NEC/manufacturer specs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting, set ups, changeovers, and tear backs to meet downtime targets.
Observe equipment and locate problems using all senses.
Dismantle and repair or replace worn parts and adjust components for performance.
Install wiring and test power connections for new equipment.
Diagnose and repair motors, wiring, PLCs, I/O modules, and power supplies.
Use meters and test equipment to troubleshoot and test drives and control systems.
Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and maintain housekeeping in maintenance area.
