Web Industries in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in Indirect Labor. The technician will ensure machines run efficiently, maintain PLC/NC equipment, and contribute to a data-driven maintenance culture.

Responsibilities include recording maintenance activities, verifying tolerances with gauges, and operating lifts and manual tooling. A High School diploma and 3–5 years of maintenance experience are required, with blueprint reading and computer literacy

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• 3–5 years Industrial Production and Facility Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with and maintaining PLC machines.
• Mechanical/electrical system acumen and troubleshooting abilities.
• Team player that can contribute positively to company's culture.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must have computer literacy.
• Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Service, monitor, and maintain PLC and NC driven equipment, supporting devices, and factory equipment.
• Record all maintenance activity into electronic database and complete all applicable forms.
• Use gauges and measuring instruments to verify and meet tolerance requirements.
• Drive and operate equipment such as scissor lifts, articulating lifts, forklifts, etc.
• Use precision tools and equipment such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc.
• Complete other duties as assigned by foreman or manager.
• Comply with all quality and safety policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
