Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing in Van Buren, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safety, reliability and performance of our manufacturing operations. You will diagnose equipment, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to minimise downtime to keep production flowing.

You'll work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated, and PLC-controlled systems, review blueprints, and maintain CMMS records while collaborating with production staff to improve

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment dependability.
• Identify and correct issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
• Provide support with PLC and computer-based diagnostics when necessary.
• Review and understand blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and related documentation.
• Comply with all safety requirements, including OSHA regulations, Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures, PPE standards, and Arc Flash protocols.
