Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled PLC & Automation Maintenance Technician for our Garland, TX facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining highly automated production systems in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will work on advanced automation, perform preventative maintenance, and support packaging and utility systems while earning up to $48/hr with shift premiums. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience required.
• Allen Bradley PLC experience: SLC 500, PLC 5, Logix 5000.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V 3‑phase systems.
• Knowledge of low-voltage controls; VFDs/servos experience.
• Experience with pumps, valves, gearboxes, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Arc); mill/lathe experience preferred.
• CMMS experience preferred; food/bev/CPG manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; work independently.

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with strong PLC troubleshooting experience to support our automated manufacturing operation in Garland, TX. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex electrical and controls issues while working on advanced production equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve PLC, electrical, and control system issues
• Support processing, packaging, warehouse, and utility systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot:

Qualifications

Electrical & Controls

• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience required
