Job summary
FUJIFILM North America Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician Level 2 to troubleshoot and repair production equipment safely and timely. The role reports to the Technical Maintenance Supervisor and supports preventive/predictive maintenance activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED plus an Associates degree or trade certification, or 5+ years of relevant Industrial Maintenance experience in listed disciplines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associates degree or trade certification, or 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance (Industrial Maintenance/Electronics/Mechatronics/Robotics).
- PLC knowledge and ability to read schematics; strong mechanical/electronic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment.
- Review, revise, improve, and perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance procedures.
- Generate, distribute, and complete work orders and other documents per procedures.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
- Work with Production Management on repair priorities based on demand and SLA.
- Lead projects including new equipment installations and facility layout changes.
- Mentor Maintenance Technician Level 1 and assist supervision in training plans.
