Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial Refrigeration Certification required.
• CDL is preferred/required depending on location.
• Fork-lift Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn set-up, operation, and parameters of production equipment.
• Safety must be a priority; remedy unsafe conditions promptly.
• Reconfigure electrical and water drops to improve safety and efficiency.
• Perform plumbing and electrical work and repair equipment when breakdowns occur.
• Develop daily walk-through routines to spot and document problems.
• Be on call as needed and promote SOPs and teamwork.
