Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and appliances.
• Ability to perform turnover maintenance and repairs.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days using turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas and clean, safe property environment.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, or shutter issues and report.
• Support preventive maintenance program and inventory of tools/equipment.
• Maintain safe working conditions and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Work cooperatively in a team and be available for on-call hours.
