Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Bristol, VA is seeking a maintenance technician to respond to work orders, perform general repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance across the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces.

You will assist with pool area upkeep, maintain exterior property appearance, and help ensure safety and brand standards are followed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.
• Operates common power and hand tools safely.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
