CAHEC Management, Inc. is seeking a part‑time Maintenance Technician to keep our Haw Creek property in top condition. You will respond to resident requests, perform routine maintenance, and prepare units for new residents with attention to safety and quality.

You’ll inspect common areas and units, handle basic repairs, and collaborate with vendors as needed. The role requires flexibility and a strong customer service mindset to support a comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maintenance instructions, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Ability to successfully complete required training and certifications as applicable.
