Job summary

The Caleb Group in Saco, ME is seeking an energetic maintenance staff member to service apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach. Under direction you will maintain buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds, and communicate with management, residents, and subcontractors.

A rolling on-call schedule is part of the role. Responsibilities include appliance repairs, patching walls, painting interiors, cleaning vacant units, carpentry, changing locks, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

• Clean driver's license is required.

Apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.

Rate of pay is $26 per hour.
