Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the physical integrity and safety of the community, provide excellent service to residents, and manage routine maintenance tasks including groundskeeping, unit turnovers, and emergency response. You will use technology such as our Maintenance Mobile app to receive and process work orders, supported by a stipend for your smartphone use.

Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service to residents
2. Complete work orders promptly (within 24-48 hours)
3. Perform general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
4. Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary
5. Perform unit turnovers efficiently (within 3-5 days)
6. Maintain grounds and curb appeal
7. Prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
8. Respond to on-call emergencies

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance, including weekends and OT
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies
• Proficiency with smartphone work order management
